Who are we? We are researchers who
are personally at risk for Alzheimer's ourselves. That means we give it very serious
attention. We are not physicians. We are
experienced researchers and analysts, university educated with backgrounds in chemistry,
health care, research, engineering, management and high
technology.
What can we tell you? That while some people get
Alzheimer's many others do not. Part of the
reason that some people do contract Alzheimer's is genetic. We can't control that, but we know that brothers and
sisters, even identical twins have different results. One gets Alzheimer's, the other
doesn't, because of what they do. The larger part of the reason
people get Alzheimer's is environmental and therefore
controllable. It has to do with
triggering factors, with chemical balances within your body, with nutrition, the condition of
your circulatory system and other factors that you can control for Alzheimer's
prevention.
Alzheimer's disease starts early. Years, even
decades earlier than anyone suspected until very recently. Once you begin to show
symptoms, you will have already lost a great number of brain cells. Once lost,
you cannot get those cells back, or the memories they once
held. They will be gone forever.
Alzheimer's cannot be cured. The only
Alzheimers treatment currently available only slows the progress of the disease at
best.
Alzheimers disease research is telling us that
the only chance is to prevent its starting in the first place. That is where the battle
will be won or lost - in the prevention. Alzheimers prevention is not a simple
pill or a vaccination, it is a multi-faceted process. Let us show you
how.
The first step of prevention is
education.
If you or someone close
to you are at risk for Alzheimer's we have vital information from Alzheimers disease
research that you urgently need. We would like to start sharing it with
you, now.

of the easy things that you can do now to increase your chances of avoiding
